Castlerystore accepts returns within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. You may return an item for any reason. You do not need to claim a defect, damage, or quality issue to begin a return.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing packaging may not be accepted.
Return Fees
Return shipping is free. Castlerystore does not charge a restocking fee. No restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at info@castlerystore.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will send return instructions. Please do not send an item back before contacting us.

Refunds
After we receive your return and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 7–10 business days to post the refund to your account.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of receipt at info@castlerystore.com. We will review the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement, return, or refund.
